12. Service Level Agreement (SLA)
12.1 Service Availability
www.sectepe.de commits to making consulting services available during the times published on the Website. The target availability of the services is 99% on a monthly average.
12.2 Response Time
In case of inquiries or issues, www.sectepe.de commits to respond within 48 hours of receiving the inquiry.
12.3 Support
Support for consulting services is available from Monday to Friday between 08:00 am and 06:00 pm CET. Inquiries can be sent via email to hello@sectepe.de or through the contact form provided on the Website.
12.4 Maintenance
Scheduled maintenance work will be announced on the Website at least [for example 48] hours in advance. www.sectepe.de will make every effort to conduct maintenance outside of peak business hours to minimize disruption of services.
12.5 Performance Guarantees
If www.sectepe.de is unable to meet the service levels specified in this SLA, the customer is entitled to the compensations specified on the Website.
12.6 Exceptions
This SLA does not apply in cases of force majeure or other circumstances beyond the control of www.sectepe.de.
